Exercise improves the health of body, mind and spirit multiplying vitality and health

Exercise contributes to both the nourishment of your body and the elimination of waste.

Exercise is a most valuable and effective means of restoring health.

Without movement, all life ceases to exist.

Movement engages all the major systems in your body including the muscular, skeletal, nervous, endocrine, and lymphatic systems.

Regular exercise is a preventative measure and works to maintain health at its best.

Exercise should be

  • Enjoyable and relaxing
  • Free from strain and pain
  • Use as many muscles and joints as is feasible
  • Use a variety of movements
  • Balance strength with flexibility and stretching
  • Cause you to breathe deeply
  • Ensure adequate rest

Exercise makes one more energetic and gives a sense of well-being

Exercise is more than muscle-building as it is body building and strengthens the bones.

Every cell and fiber in the body is involved in the consequences of exercise.

Exercise helps to lower high blood pressure, promotes an increase in HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol), helps in the management of diabetes and  improves mental health, cardiac function and quality of life

Regular exercise and avoiding excessive fatigue are conducive to good sleep.

Exercise, through its various effects, serves to impart vigor and activity to all the organs to maintain healthful integrity and functioning
